Shipping policy

Print Order Processing Time
This refers to the time it takes for us to receive your order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically falls in the range of 1-3 business days. Estimated shipping times at checkout are in addition to our order processing time.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.
The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge based on the value of the print to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.



US and Canada Shipping
Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. A tracking link will be sent once the order is shipped. 

 

Taxes for Customers in Canada and the USA

My studio is based in Ottawa, ON. For the time being there will be no sales taxes until I reach the small business thresholds set by Canada and the US.

 

International Shipping 

International Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from for shipping your prints. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy.
All international shipping includes insurance.
The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded.
We are unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.

 

Taxes for International Customers:

I am based in Ottawa, ON, so shipments to international customers have to go through customs and duty in your country. I have researched the best I can and am giving the following information as simply helpful information and not any legal advice. I want to re-iterate that the buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. 

United States

  • For orders under $800USD there is no sales tax, for orders over $800USD please contact me
  • Original engravings, prints and lithographs are also duty free under heading 9702
  • Original art is duty free under the provisions of heading 9701

 European Union and United Kingdom

  • For prints there is no tax at checkout, but VAT is paid upon delivery.
  • Duty varies for each country, but art prints are given a discounted rate. 
  • For anything else these is VAT plus a brokerage fee that is paid to the shipping company. 
  • Returns will not be granted for refusal to pay the VAT or duty.
